You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Returns are happily accepted if the following conditions apply:
- Merchandise must be unused/uninstalled and have all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- A request for an RMA is made within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise
- Merchandise is returned within 15 days after your order date.
Products and accessories, except “electronic” or “special order” or “as is” items, can be returned within 15 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply request an RMA, return the item to us, shipping prepaid & using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Most merchandise includes free shipping, so if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Opened returns must be in salable condition with original materials and packaging.
